BOT Meeting summaries
The latest BOT Meeting was on Wednesday 9th November. Topics covered in the meeting were:
- End of year Reading, Writing and Maths Assessment Data which will be used to inform planning for the start of 2012 (teaching & learning programmes)
- Term 4 Camp RAM approval forms
- Draft 2012 Annual Plan
- Draft 2012 Operating Budget
- 2012 Staffing Plan
- Update on design spec for frontage, hall access and traffic safety
- Design spec for playground
- Shade Sail funding application
Audit Committee Review:
The BOT Audit Committee are reviewing the Board’s Health & Safety, and Curriculum & Student Achievement Policies this term. Copies of the policies are available at reception for reference. If you have any comments or feedback on these policies, please leave them in an envelope at reception by Friday the 17th of November.
